Types and Purposes of Special Coatings

ANODIZE ON ALUMINUM
Aluminum surface after anodizing becomes harder comparing to its original stage. Treated surface consists of one single ion which is a kind of corrosion proof coating. Multiple color selections are available once aluminum base is treated by conversion coating.
POWDER COAT / POWDER PAINT
Rust-proof, decorative and corrosion proof.
DACROMET & GEOMET
One of the extended applications of powder paint which has excellent rust proof ability.
HOT DIP GALVANIZE
HDG is mainly applied on exterior steel products, which has thick layer and excellent rust proof ability.
BLACK OXIDE
Heated black oxide is a coating process that steel product to be soaked in alkaline solution then heated. Steel surface is covered by a Fe3O4 layer after the treatment which is wear proof and rust proof. Black oxide treated parts are often light oiled in order to improve wear proof and rust proof level.
CHEMICAL COATING (ELECTROLESS) - ELECTROLESS NICKEL
No electricity used is the most critical advantage. Electroless nickel is suitable for both metal and non-metal products. By continuous conversion coating under a consistent controlled temperature, coating layer thickness on each part is consistent, intimate, corrosion proof and wear proof. Electroless nickel coating is an ideal choice for products with blind holes, as well as long shafts and precision products due to its consistent layer thickness.
