Swiss-type lathe can perform multiple machining processes simultaneously and has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency. Turret type lathe has the ability to perform high-speed machining and can complete precision turning processes. CNC dual-spindle Swiss-type lathe can process both ends simultaneously, saving production time and cost. Progressive stamping press has high-speed and high-efficiency machining capabilities that can quickly complete a large amount of punching and stamping work. The traditional punching press has a flexible and simple operating mode and can complete simple punching and stamping work.

SWISS TYPE CNC LATHES

Diameter range：∅10 - ∅32 mm

Characteristic：Suitable for long and fine shaft parts with tight tolerances. Generally, the maximum length of cutting range is 200mm, after our development, the maximum length can up to 1200mm.

TURRET TYPE LATHE

Diameter range：∅20 - ∅42 mm

Characteristic：Application for large size fasteners or cutting parts with looser tolerance, also can be used in hard material.

SWISS TYPE CNC AUTO TURNING & MILLING WITH TWIN SPINDLE & TWIN TURRET

Characteristic：Twin spindle work at the same time and one of spindle can support to long parts so that fasteners complete in same rotating speed at one time in order to saving time and manpower. In addition, we set up some special devices, such as the hexagon punching which can produce directly and keep head diameter concentricity.

Characteristic：High production efficiency and consistency, cost and energy saving.

CROSS SHAFT PRESS

Range：25T、120T、300T 、500T

Characteristic：Applicable to large parts with thicker sheet or products need to special processing.
